The third and largest of the PrepKitchen concepts. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of an existing commercial building in the heart of San Diego’s Little Italy. The project concept is a play on the character and old world charm of historic Little Italy.

The design features reclaimed finishes and salvaged architectural objects. The space contains an open exhibition-style kitchen, a private dining room, dining hall, and bar.
