In 2011, the original PrepKitchen Del Mar was devastated by a grease fire. The entire facility needed to be demolished and reconstructed. The new facility was designed to combine some of the original character of the previous location while incorporating the evolution of the brand as applied in the Little Italy location.
RBS, Inc. performed Design/Build and engineering services. The design features reclaimed barn wood siding, recycled glass tile and custom furniture fabricated by Bluemotif.
