RBS Inc., was formed by David Reese in 2009 as a full service general contracting firm offering design/build services. David serves as President + CEO and has over 17 years of construction and business development experience, excelling in completing projects on time and under budget. He has always been interested in building things — his interest has grown from building structures to building sustainable relationships — with clients, industry professionals, and a network of peers that will last a lifetime. David’s professionalism, tact and tenacity are critical skills when dealing with negotiations and problem resolution.
RBS is experienced in enhancing the overall finished product through construction management, project scheduling and budget control. We have an established history of developing collaborative relationships with owners, tenants, developers, end users, regulatory agencies, and design teams. We maintain strong communication skills with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors to ensure industry leading project delivery. We are inspired by our client’s projects and believe in the process of fulfilling their vision and goals from the formulation of the design through construction completion.
Our diverse team of professional design experts has experience working with cities, counties and public agencies. Including City Inspectors, OSHPD, EsGil and various building & planning departments. Our experienced staff is capable of handling a diverse range of project types and sizes. Our in-house quality control program ensures a well controlled design, document, and construction process.
