PrepKitchen is a small gourmet take-out restaurant located in the heart of La Jolla, California. The concept was to create a warm, inviting home-style environment where you can watch the chef and crew prepare your meal on the go. There are some dine-in accommodations along a counter-height bar and an inviting outdoor patio as well.
RBS, Inc. performed design/build and engineering services. The design features reclaimed barn wood siding and recycled glass tile.
